Acceptance of the following terms and conditions indicates an agreement between you (our customer) and The Celtic Cleaner Inc. for one full calendar year of services starting on date of purchase.”

Scheduling:

All external cleaning services provided under this subscription agreement are scheduled by our office and performed when our technicians are scheduled to be in your area. This allows us to schedule work that is geographically local to each other on the same day, allowing us to save time and money, which in turn enables us to provide you the customer with a quality service at our affordable subscription price. You will always receive advance email notice from us as to when each service will be carried out on your home, but it is not necessary that you be home for us to provide external services, unless you prefer it.

We realize that occasionally you might want us to hold off on a service in order to coincide with a special event in your life (holiday, family or friends visiting, birthday, wedding anniversary, etc). Rescheduling can be arranged provided we receive 14 days notice prior to the date we were previously scheduled to provide the service.

Dissatisfaction with service/Callbacks:

We at The Celtic Cleaner pride ourselves on providing a high quality service as is our reputation in our local community. However, we also want to ensure you are entirely happy with our services. If this is not the case, you may call us back to give attention to or correct anything that doesn’t look amazing, provided such a callback be made within 7 calendar days of the service being carried out.

Privacy Policy:

We respect and are committed to your privacy. All data we collect from you will be kept strictly confidential, and will only be used by us and our associates in connection with providing you the highest quality of service. None of your personal information will be sold or passed on to another entity without first requesting your consent to do so.

Security Policy:

Your payment and personal information are always kept safe. The software used to store this information is among the most secure software available today. It encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

Refund Policy:

Refunds can only be issued if whole or part of the service was ordered in error or as a result of a standard “cooling off” period. Such a refund can be issued anytime up to and including the day of initial service (the day we first come to provide a service to your home) but prior to service commencing. A request for refund that meets these criteria will be processed as quickly as possible.

Early Termination:

We believe that once you have seen the results of our regular cleaning subscription service, you will want to be our customer for life! However, we understand that plans and circumstances change. Our normal subscription contract runs for one full calendar year from the initial date of purchase. Early termination is available with 30 days notice, at which time any remaining balance for services already rendered would be payable in order to cancel, based upon our regular prices for individual services, as obtainable in the quotation form on our home page
